Champion (CFA) Indigo Timange-Fialka of Washta Bay

DAM: European Champion (FIFe) Veilchen Prinzessen
SIRE: European Champion (FIFe), World Champion (WCF) Jonathan Timange-Fialka
Indigo is a large cat with substantial heft and a wonderful coat. He has the best ruff I think I've ever seen which makes him look like a lion during the cold winter months here in Minnesota. He has a very calm, sweet personality and so loves to play with his toys. He can always be counted on to be a big purr machine while he is being cuddled and brushed. We are so very proud to have him as our boy. And, his wonderful kittens love him very much - as you can see in this fathers day e-card he received from one of his sons.

During all times of the year, Indigo loves to go outside to his outdoor enclosure and watch all the birds, squirrels, horses and happenings on the farm. Below are pictures of him as a young adult with his shorter summer coat.

When the weather gets colder, Indigo's magnificent winter coat appears. This thick coat enables him to continue to enjoy his time outside, even during the bitter cold of winters in Minnesota. It not only keeps him nice and toasty, but wow, does he look gorgeous! Below, you can see we have so much snow that it is piled up to the first cat ledge, but that doesnt stop Indigo at all. He simply made himself a well-used comfy spot for when he wants some fresh air and feels the need to check out what the horses are doing.

And, a few more pictures that show off his lion-like winter ruff.
